It is located in a delightful natural setting of gently rolling hills carpeted in olive groves and vineyards that alternate rhythmically northwards to become dense Mediterranean macchia, mysterious, wild and often severe. Here the scents of the Tuscan countryside blend with the salty smell of the Mediterranean Sea, stimulating the senses and whispering to the soul.  The view from the estate stretches as far as the eye can see, to where the turquoise of the waves merges with the intense  blue of the Tuscan sky.  As you gaze into the distance, you cannot fail to spy the ancient town of Castiglione della Pescaia, which has been awarded the top score of "five blue sails" by the Legambiente guide and Touring Club Italiano due to its clear water, clean beaches and historic heritage.
